Serein 隐私政策
Serein 让你在手机上查看和指挥自己电脑上运行的 Serein。连接方式有两种：扫码配对直连你的电脑（只在局域网内传输，或经你自己配置的中继端到端加密转发）；或登录 Serein 账号（sjxi.cn），由 sjxi.cn 通过 TLS 加密转发，不保存会话内容。使用 Serein 账号时，sjxi.cn 还会保存账号信息、设备列表、调用记录（模型、tokens、费用、时间、IP，不含对话内容）、钱包流水和会员订单，用于向你展示额度与账单；电脑端的设置也会随账号同步（密钥加密保存）。我们不投放广告、不做统计追踪。相机只用于扫描配对二维码和拍摄你主动发送的图片；后台通知会用到设备推送标识。登录 Serein 账号后还可以在手机上直接和 AI 对话：你的提问经 sjxi.cn 转发给模型服务商，对话记录只保存在这台手机上。请阅读下方完整政策。
一、这个应用做什么
本政策适用于 Serein 电脑端、Serein 手机端以及 sjxi.cn 提供的 Serein 账号服务。手机端是电脑端的配套应用。任务始终在你的电脑上执行；手机负责显示会话进度、发送你的指令，并展示你的 Serein 账号（额度、会员、调用记录与账单）。账号云同步、账号模型、联网搜索、钱包与会员等可选服务由 sjxi.cn 提供。
二、两种连接方式
• 扫码 / 配对码直连（无需账号）：手机只与你自己配对的电脑通信，在局域网内直接传输，或经你自行配置的中继服务器转发。所有流量端到端加密（AES-256-GCM），中继只能转发密文；唯一的明文环节是在局域网内「手动输入配对码」的首次配对。
• Serein 账号（sjxi.cn）：登录同一账号的电脑和手机经 sjxi.cn 自动互联。消息通过 TLS 加密实时转发，sjxi.cn 不保存会话消息、也不在电脑之间同步会话。由于是 TLS 而非端到端加密，转发过程中服务端在技术上能接触到所转发的内容；如果不能接受，请使用扫码直连。
三、在本机处理的信息
• 配对凭据（设备 ID、访问令牌、加密密钥）或 Serein 账号密钥：保存在系统钥匙串中（网页版保存在本浏览器中本站点的本地存储里）。
• 会话内容：从你的电脑读取的会话标题、消息、执行步骤与文件改动摘要，用于显示；最近的消息、未发送的草稿和已读记录保存在本机，以便离线使用。
• 设备名称与系统类型：发给你的电脑（使用账号时也发给 sjxi.cn），方便你认出这台手机。
• 你主动发送的图片：在手机上压缩后发给你的电脑。
• 手机端 AI 对话（不需要电脑）：你的提问、回答和对话标题只保存在这台手机上，可随时删除。
• 推送标识：Expo / Apple / 厂商（小米、华为、荣耀、OPPO、vivo）推送令牌，发给你的电脑（使用账号时发给 sjxi.cn）用于通知你。
四、使用 Serein 账号时 sjxi.cn 保存的信息
• 账号信息：账号名、昵称与头像（来自你的 sjxi.cn 个人资料）以及账号 API Key。
• 设备信息：账号下的电脑与手机——设备 ID、名称、系统类型、推送标识、最近在线时间。
• 调用记录：每次使用账号模型或联网搜索的时间、模型、tokens 数、费用、状态、错误信息、耗时和客户端 IP 地址。不保存提问和回答的内容。
• 钱包与会员：余额、流水（充值、兑换码、调用扣费、开通会员、退款）、会员订单、兑换码与邀请记录。
以上信息用于提供服务、执行额度、准确计费、防止滥用，并在 App 和网站里向你展示用量与账单。
五、账号模型与联网搜索
你在手机上直接和 AI 对话，或你的电脑使用 Serein 账号模型时，请求（生成回答所需的对话上下文）会由 sjxi.cn 转发给该模型配置的上游模型服务商（例如 DeepSeek，或经 sjxi.cn 网关接入的 OpenAI 兼容服务商）；开启联网搜索时，你的问题会作为搜索词发给搜索服务商（Tavily）。这些服务商为返回结果而处理请求，并按各自的隐私政策执行。sjxi.cn 只记录上面列出的调用元数据。如果你在电脑上配置自己的 API Key，这些请求由你的电脑直接发往对应服务商，不经过 sjxi.cn。
六、电脑端账号同步
在 Serein 电脑端登录账号后，下列内容会随账号同步到你的其他电脑，并保存在 sjxi.cn：模型列表、偏好设置、主题与外观、界面语言、用户画像（包括 Serein 根据你的使用习惯归纳的偏好）、MCP 服务配置、联网搜索设置和你安装的技能（文本文件，有大小上限）。API Key、token 等密钥在你的电脑上用 AES-256-GCM 加密后才上传，加密密钥由你的账号 Key 派生——这能保护存储中的数据，但并不是对 sjxi.cn 的端到端加密。会话内容、知识库、定时任务和聊天机器人渠道不会同步。每一项都可以在电脑端设置里按电脑单独关闭。
七、支付
会员用 Serein 钱包余额支付；钱包通过兑换码充值，或由 sjxi.cn 发放（新用户礼金、邀请奖励、退款）。App 不收集银行卡或支付账户信息。iOS 版 App 不提供购买入口，会员请在电脑端或网站开通。
八、通知与第三方 SDK
App 不在前台时，通知经 Expo 推送服务（Apple APNs / Google FCM）发送；在小米、华为、荣耀、OPPO、vivo 手机上，则经推送网关通过对应厂商的推送服务发送——发送方是你的电脑，使用 Serein 账号时由 sjxi.cn 代为发送。通知只包含会话标题（可在电脑设置中隐藏）和状态，不含对话内容。厂商推送 SDK 只在你于 App 内的提示中同意后才会初始化。上述服务方按其各自的隐私政策处理推送标识。
九、权限使用
• 相机：扫描配对二维码、拍摄你要发送的照片。
• 相册：选择要发送的图片。
• 通知：后台任务提醒。
• 本地网络：连接你的电脑。
每项权限都只在首次用到相关功能时申请，可随时在系统设置中关闭。
十、我们不做的事
不投放广告，不使用广告标识，不做统计追踪，不获取位置、通讯录，不出售你的数据。只在提供你所使用的功能所必需时与上述第三方共享信息，或在法律要求时依法提供。
十一、保存与删除
• 本机：断开一台电脑会删除该电脑的凭据与缓存的会话；退出 Serein 账号会删除账号密钥、账号下的电脑和本机的 AI 对话；撤回同意会删除全部本地数据并回到首次启动状态；卸载 App 会清除全部本地数据。
• sjxi.cn：账号、设备、钱包与订单信息在账号存续期间保存；为履行财务记账或法律义务，钱包流水与订单可能保存更久。调用记录为方便你核对用量与账单而保存，除非设置了更短的保存期限。你可以要求我们注销账号并删除相关记录（见「你的权利」）。
十二、你的权利
你可以在 App（设置 → 账户与订阅）或 sjxi.cn 查看账号、调用记录、钱包流水与订单；用上述功能删除本机数据；在设置中撤回同意。如需获取副本、更正或删除 sjxi.cn 保存的你的信息，或注销账号，请联系我们。请通过应用商店页面上的开发者联系方式与我们联系。
十三、未成年人
Serein 是面向开发者的工具，不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童。未成年人请在监护人同意下使用。
十四、政策更新
政策变更时，我们会在 App 内重新征求你的同意。版本：2026-10-05.2。
Serein Privacy Policy
Serein lets you view and direct the Serein app running on your own computer. You can connect in two ways: pair directly with your computer (traffic stays on your LAN or goes end-to-end encrypted through a relay you configure), or sign in with a Serein account (sjxi.cn), which relays traffic over TLS without storing conversation content. If you use a Serein account, sjxi.cn also keeps your account details, device list, call records (model, tokens, cost, time, IP — not conversation content), wallet transactions and membership orders so you can see your quota and bills; on the desktop, your settings sync through your account (secrets encrypted). There are no ads and no analytics tracking. The camera is used only for scanning pairing QR codes and photos you choose to send; notifications use your device push identifier. With a Serein account you can also chat with AI directly on the phone: your questions go through sjxi.cn to the model provider, and the chats are stored only on this phone. Please read the full policy below.
1. What this app does
This policy covers the Serein desktop app, the Serein mobile app and the Serein account service at sjxi.cn. Serein mobile is a companion to the desktop app. Tasks always run on your computer; the phone shows conversation progress, sends your instructions, and shows your Serein account (quota, membership, usage and billing). Optional services — Serein account cloud sync, account models, web search, wallet and membership — are provided by sjxi.cn.
2. Two ways to connect
• QR / code pairing (no account): the phone talks only to computers you pair yourself, directly on the local network or through a relay server you configure. Traffic is end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM); a relay forwards only ciphertext. The only plaintext step is a first pairing by manually typed code on the local network.
• Serein account (sjxi.cn): computers and phones signed in to the same account find each other through sjxi.cn. Messages are forwarded in real time over TLS; sjxi.cn does not store conversation messages and does not sync them between computers. Because it is TLS rather than end-to-end encryption, the relay can technically see the forwarded content while passing it on — use QR pairing if that is not acceptable.
3. Information processed on this phone
• Pairing credentials (device ID, access token, encryption key) or your Serein account key: stored in the system keychain (in the web version, in this browser's local storage for this site).
• Conversation content: titles, messages, tool steps and file-change summaries fetched from your computer for display; recent messages, unsent drafts and read state are kept on the phone for offline use.
• Device name and platform: sent to your computer (and, with an account, to sjxi.cn) so you can recognise this phone.
• Images you choose to send: compressed on the phone and sent to your computer.
• AI chats on the phone (no computer needed): your questions, the answers and the chat titles are stored only on this phone; you can delete a chat at any time.
• Push identifier: an Expo / Apple / vendor (Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, OPPO, vivo) push token, sent to your computer or, with an account, to sjxi.cn so you can be notified.
4. Information kept by sjxi.cn when you use a Serein account
• Account: account name, nickname and avatar (from your sjxi.cn profile) and your account API key.
• Devices: computers and phones on the account — device ID, name, platform, push identifier and last-online time.
• Call records: for each call to an account model or web search — time, model, token counts, cost, status, error message, latency and client IP address. The prompts and replies themselves are not stored.
• Wallet and membership: balance, transactions (top-ups, redeem codes, usage charges, membership purchases, refunds), membership orders, redeem-code and invite records.
This is used to provide the service, enforce quotas, bill accurately, prevent abuse, and show you your usage and bills in the app and on the website.
5. Account models and web search
When you chat with AI on the phone, or your computer uses a Serein account model, the request (the conversation context needed to generate a reply) is forwarded by sjxi.cn to the upstream model provider configured for that model (for example DeepSeek, or OpenAI-compatible providers reached through sjxi.cn's gateway); when you turn on web search, your question is sent to the search provider (Tavily) as the search query. These providers process the request to return a result under their own privacy policies. sjxi.cn records only the call metadata listed above. If you configure your own API keys on your computer, those requests go directly from your computer to that provider and are not seen by sjxi.cn.
6. Desktop account sync
When you sign in to a Serein account on the desktop app, these follow your account to your other computers and are stored on sjxi.cn: your model list, preferences, theme and appearance, interface language, user profile (including preferences Serein has inferred from how you use it), MCP server settings, web-search settings and the skills you installed (text files, size-capped). API keys, tokens and similar secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your computer before upload, with a key derived from your account key — this protects them in storage, but it is not end-to-end encryption against sjxi.cn. Conversations, the knowledge base, scheduled tasks and chat-bot channels are never synced. Each item can be switched off per computer in the desktop settings.
7. Payments
Membership is paid from your Serein wallet balance; the wallet is topped up with redeem codes or credited by sjxi.cn (gifts, invites, refunds). The app does not collect bank card or payment account details. On iOS the app does not offer purchases — memberships are bought on the desktop app or the website.
8. Notifications and third-party SDKs
When the app is in the background, notifications are sent through Expo Push Service (Apple APNs / Google FCM) or, on Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, OPPO and vivo phones, through that vendor's push service via a push gateway — by your computer, or by sjxi.cn when you use a Serein account. Notifications contain only the conversation title (can be hidden in the computer settings) and status — never conversation content. Vendor push SDKs are initialised only after you agree in the in-app prompt. These providers process your push identifier under their own privacy policies.
9. Permissions
• Camera: scanning pairing QR codes, and taking photos you choose to send.
• Photo library: choosing images to send.
• Notifications: background task alerts.
• Local network: connecting to your computer.
Each permission is requested only when the related feature is first used, and can be revoked in system settings.
10. What we do not do
No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no analytics tracking, no location, no contacts, and no sale of your data. Information is shared with the third parties above only as needed to provide the features you use, or when required by law.
11. Retention and deletion
• On the phone: disconnecting a computer deletes its credentials and cached conversations; signing out of the Serein account removes the account key, account computers and the AI chats on this phone; withdrawing consent deletes all local data and returns the app to its first-launch state; uninstalling removes everything.
• On sjxi.cn: account, device, wallet and order records are kept while your account exists; wallet and order records may be kept longer where accounting or legal obligations require. Call records are kept so you can review usage and bills, unless a shorter retention period is configured. You can ask us to delete your account and the associated records (see "Your rights").
12. Your rights
You can view your account, call records, wallet transactions and orders in the app (Settings → Account & plan) or on sjxi.cn; delete local data with the controls above; and withdraw consent in Settings. To get a copy of, correct, or delete the data sjxi.cn holds about you, or to close your account, contact us. Contact us through the developer contact listed on the app store page.
13. Minors
Serein is a developer tool and is not intended for children under 14. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
14. Changes
When this policy changes we will ask for your consent again in the app. Version: 2026-10-05.2.
